Album info

A very simple and easy to build kit with certain strong and weak points.

Sculpting and Molding: 4/5
Sculpting is generally very good with lots of surface detail, but also some simplifications, one of which (the gun mantlet) is considerable. The molding, on the other hand, is impeccable. No flash or sink holes or anything of that sort.

Engineering: 2/5
Not so great. There is quite some leeway in assembling the parts, so you can never be quite sure if you got all the contact points right. Also, no matter how you match the parts, there will always be gaps somewhere. You _will_ need putty.

Decals: 1/5
Pretty terrible. The tank name decals and the devil figure are nicely drawn, and this is the decals' only saving grace, because everything else is terrible. The Iron Crosses are graphically misshapen, and the decal carrier film is extremely thick and almost doesn't accept decal softener at all. The film is also brittle and will break if you bend it too much.
