First Order AT-M6

I avoided doing the glowing red eyes because I knew I did not yet possess the knowledge..

How do I paint this thing? 

I can’t remember how I did this, because I did not write it down.. acrylic grey base primer preshaded with black, I think  

I think I’m using flat black Testors enamel here with either Testors Enamel thinner or white spirits..because the sheen is quite low..
