Very nice!!!!
and repeating myself... aircraft modellers should pay more attention to putting their models on a diorama (I am guilty as well)

Haha I agree with you Francky, the truth is I'm always lazy to deal with the diorama stuff after one built of the aircraft itself, and can't wait to open another box of kit!

Hai Chan Li,
that sounds so very familair 🙂 It's a pity though. look at what all those AFV builders can make. it brings models to life

I definitely agree and try to do it with my models too. Chan Li - you will get faster with every dio. 🙂

Yes Francky, agreed.
But for aircrafts the scenarios could be more limited, well at least compares with AFVs, especially in air space.
Nonetheless I decided to take a trial for my next italeri A-10C kit, probably in the field or hangar, a sleepy pilot like myself with his dog, dreaming the coming vacations.

Yes Michael, thanks for the suggestions and it's probably the point of being here - to watch and learn.
To be honest I just started my first kit in 2020 cuz of the virus epidemics and at home lock down. I found everything here, the masterpieces, suggestions, inspirations and encouragements. Just like what you guys did.

Thanks for encouragements guys, I tried.
And this academy kit is really good, except the nozzles.

Haha yeah, hours ago was in a man's routine and hours later is going to take men's life. But I need to find this guy first off.

Hah, hat was cuz I used tamiya paints to mix the "gunship grey" or "air superiority grey", I definitely missed the true color, but it looks not too bad so far.

The biggest enemy of any current project is the next future project.
Please finish this F-15 completely before startign the A-10C... but I agree with WhiteGlint; this is an excellent idea.

Thanks Franky, your advice is essential, it's true not just for modeling, but for most of things.

I did Charlie, about two years ago I started to build models and painted them with normal painting brush. I started with cheap 1:144 scales and one day I realized I must switch to airbrush, otherwise I wouldn't step forward and paint them the way I want. Respectively,I have 3 airbrushes for water/oil/nitro based colors, but all of them are non-expensive domestic Chinese made airbrushes.

The concrete slabs are great!
You painted this yourself, didn't you?
Looks like the printed one that are available to buy.

Simon, I painted it myself. It was a white PVC sheet … I know those ones on market, but it's fun to paint it by oneself 😁, no reason to miss the fun.

@Robin,the airfield? Yes, it was a PVC sheet normally used for advertisement panel… I outlined the slab with back of blade and airbrushed the surface, and then dry brushed it with two kinds of yellow show powder, it was fun^_^

You did a great job on the eagle. Compliment - you have a very great talent. One gets the impression that you have been building models for 25 years. The airfield is also very good and convincing. Thanks for sharing how you made it.

Hi Harald, that was so much of compliments, I know I'm still catching up - you can see many talented and experienced modellers around here and there, I think everyone is talented if we really look into it. Anyways thank you very much, you are the man!
