050217 Pour plugs removed with Dremel tool & routing bit; sanded flat. Marks are high points.
Drilling mounting holes for 1/4" bolts.
Ready to cement upper and lower hulls. Primer is Mr. Surfacer 1000 rattlecan.
Upper & lower hulls glued with CA gel. I had no problem with differential shrinkage, although the lower hull had a significant warp. I corrected this with hot tap water (~150F).
Reformed bulb at the forepeak with CA.
