It must be carefully dry-fit with the fuselage
It was not fitting so well as a modern kit. It needed to be filled from middle to the nose.
Continuing with upgrade parts. Sadly I have to cut my intake tunnel for the flattened middle wheel bay. I think the plastic part have a more accurate curved shape.
Some fitting and sanding.

Harvey H.W.Thanks mates! So far so good about the paint job. The tricky part is that f106s were maintained so well, excluded some were deployed in Korea . That makes the base shadowing and the weathering followed were limited. Will try my best. 🙂
