Hi mates, here is my latest project: A build of the nasty Emhar kit of the McDonnell F3H Demon. Had I known how crude of a kit this was I never would have bought it! But I did, and with a lot of aftermarket, some home-printed decals, a couple of tubes of putty, reams of sandpaper, many hours, several bottles of single malt, and a lot of Anglo-Saxon vocabulary here she is! I actually like how she turned out, and she looks quite nice in the display case next to her progeny the F4H (better known as the Phantom II). Enjoy, Bill

Great looking „Leadsled" Bill, these international-orange-on-grey schemes never fail to impress, seehr schön !

Thanks guys. I agree Hanno, the high-viz Navy paint schemes from the late 50s-60s-70s are my favourites, and the orange on grey is very striking. The "9" on the fuselage, by the way, refers to Air Wing 9. I'll post some work-in-progress photos to show some of the work I had to do on this kit. There was a lot!
