Hey Stephan, by chance I came across the civil variant LB-30. There is a Conversions Kit in 1/72 from Magna Models but it may be difficult to find.

Without wanting to hi-jack Marko's thread (and apologies if I do), please allow me to add a couple of infos for anyone that may be interested in this subject:
a) A beautiful build of Magna's 1:72 conversion kit, in Quantas livery, has been indeed presented here in Scalemates by mate Ray Seppala: Consolidated LB-30 Liberator | Album by RayS (1:72)
b) Apart from their WWII use by BOAC and apart from Quantas, LB-30s were used postwar by companies such as Scottish Airlines, based in Prestwick, Hellenic Airlines (two [ex]-Scottish examples: SX-DAA, SX-DAB), Société de Transports Aériens Alpes Provence in France (F-BEDS, F-BEFX, F-BFGK) and other smaller operators.
c) one point of modelling interest one must have in mind are the circular engine cowlings of these machines (see, for instance, Ray's model - and, of course, original photos), unlike the usual B-24 / C-87 "oval" cowlings.
Again apologies for this - I really look forward to Marko's work, on a subject of great interest for me (due to the aforementioned Greek connections)...
