This is the "almost-out-of-the-box" midget...
I've chose the soviet version between the 2 proposed (the other one is iraqi) both to enlarge my soviet collection and because a camo Midget is not so usual.
It is the final version of the UTI, just before the retire (replaced by L-39).
The kit has come up very fast with an almost perfect fit (only a little amount of putty required). My only modification were:
- replacing the reactor exahust, since the box one is very, very short
- adding some fake safety belts on the seats
- adding the wire antenna (which may obviously not included in the kit)
- applying the inlet cover, since the fuselage valve connection is too evident and heavy to leave the inlet open
