Porsche 993
Starting point
removed the hood locks, also had to fill in the fillercap. At the end was too afraid to scribe a new one, so the model does not have a filler cap 🙂
i had to reinforce the body so that the resin bonnet cover can be installed correctly.
i trimmed the exhaust and used a ferrule as an exhaust tip
this is how ugly the stock exhaust looked, so i had to think of something
kit wheels. centers in tamiya dark gray metallic (matte)
since i installed a different tailcover there was no place for a large intercooler. I trimmed it and installed at the front of the car. sorry purists 🙂
I almost have no pics of the interior, but i used a new technique for getting the kevlar backing effect of the seats.
i printed the rwb stripes and some more stuff here and there.
As you can see here the center bar in the lower inlet is still present. I was hesitant whether i should remove it or not.

panel lines done but not wiped
and here as you can see the center bar was removed, i added some mesh and painted black. The intercooler can be seen in the later pics
i also had to paint the reflectors of the headlights black to give it more dark look.
i also added the lower lip at the later stage of the project to give it a lowered look
here you can see the mesh and the intercooler
