This is one of the most promising kits that I have in my stash, not to mention one of the most expensive. No doubt this is a well engineered kit, with good quality moulds.
Still, while researching the subject, and starting to detail the exterior, I was soon to find out the kit is far from perfect. Exterior details do not include rivets, which is fine, but then why have these out of scale rivets on the side of the cockpit ? (they look more like bullet holes to be honest...) - Filler job OOB. Also various selected wing panels have rivets on them. These are also slightly oversize, so some filler may be in order here.
Next the cockpit. The instrument panel has to be reworked completely if one wants a realistic result. I would not be picking on this if this was a cheap kit, but come on ZM, this is a 150 odd euro Kit! One will say there is so much interior detail. Yes but what is the point of the included air and oxygen bottles that are hidden in the tail section ??? Oh well.
The cockpit seat without the moulded-on harness is pretty good. Forget the other one, the harness is too coarse.
So far I can say that this is a very nice Ta 152 kit, but not one that will be built completely OOB.

I just happened to like the picture - but it is the ZM kit I am working on. As usual, I have interrupted my build due to several other projects. I will post photos soon though -
@Holger: Hello there, are you around here somewhere ? Because I was also on your neighborhood last week (Hamburg) drinking Jever...;)

It was just great! Having an average degrees of 33° and a lot of Ouzo and Mythos! And Mythos is REALLY a great beer!😄
On the other hand... no hobbyshops... but, and i would never mind that i say that, the best phucking seafood i ever had!🙂
