Sorry JV, I was stalking your albums when I came across this....
AMT introduced the Junkyard Dog. It looks like a cool kit, all busted up and wonky. However, AMT failed to do their research, because as any trucker, or serious truck modeller will tell you, the Mack R model, came with a fibreglass hood! I've never seen fibreglass dent? So once again, the masters, did a booboo? Yet to this day, that kit sells for a stupid price!
But, your friend Bill, did an excellent job on this, and I applaud him. Commander Bond, would be shaken, but not stirred 😉

Just funny you guys spoke about putting a hemi in
I told him about that I got the model myself
He said yes that's a cool model I will see if I can get one
Next I get pics of his finished model
I also like his skull on the radiator

Because this is a sold out model and I thinkna butiful model
I th8nk it would be a shame to scrap it
