Dingo 2A3 SWAT Vehicle

Hypothetical SWAT conversion of the KMW Dingo 2A3 inspired by various SWAT vehicles in use by police agencies throughout the USA and worldwide (such as the Lenco BearCat).

Required modifications include:
- Removal of the remote weapon system
- Removal of other "military" equipment
- Adding the requisite police vehicle lights (i.e., red/blue lightbars, searchlights, etc.)
- Adding other Police/SWAT-related accessories
- Adding custom Police/SWAT decals and markings
- Other modifications TBD
