Dear Dragon,
why should I use B4 and close the openings with putty, when part N22 is in the box, which fits perfectly fine without any work and has the location marks for the spare track holder ( part N9 marked not for use) on it, which my ( only) picture I have shows fitted? 😛

Based on my experience, ALL Dragon kit instructions should be viewed with suspicion. They do odd things like that frequently.

Yes like tell you that parts will not be needed and later seeing those "unneeded" parts are needed in later steps.
