Old and cheap (13,50€) Tamiya A6M2. The fit of the parts is awfull, as is the quality of the mold.

The plan is to go pretty out-of-the box, some small changes/additions with parts that I have in the box.

Will also try to chip the paint to make the plane look more worn.
