Even though the new FineMolds F-4EJ is definitely not an F-4F in terms of wings and stabilators, I want to see how it builds up and if it can be grafted on some Hasegawa or Revell wings for an in flight display. Edit: I tested the Hasegawa and Revell wings, but both need some work to fit in. I'm not going to go for that effort as all three wing sets (FineMolds, Hasegawa and Revell) have their wings laid out as non-slatted F-4E wings. Hasegawa and Revell have you add the slat actuators to the underside, but still the panel lines don't change. Therefor I will build the FineMolds kit OOB with the inclusion of said actuators. That part of the wing will be clean and flat black anyway, so the difference in panel lines will not stand out. Fingers crossed for a future FineMolds late F-4E.
