gorbyExcellent result - I can't see the part you had to fabricate.
Doesn't look a good kit if you don't like painting wheels. 😄

I had a lot of fun with this build. The Takom kit was missing a large part. I wasn't able to get in touch with Takom and the retailer wasn't either. I ended up fabricating the part from plastic sheet. The brass details were good but in many cases I used the original kit parts. I also made the handholds and anchor shackles on the bumpers from craft jewelry metal.
