That's a fantastic build! What a striking piece you've created. Do you just keep a paper log of the time spent or do you have some more high tech time keeping methods. 200 hours seems pretty quick for something this complicated. Congratulations!

Thanks Paul ! I usually put in two hours a day at the bench, give or take. This build was started in January and finished in March with no other projects going at the same time. I'm retired now after a 35 year career with IBM so I have the time but find I get fatigued at the two hour mark. This was the first sailing ship I completed since the early 1970's. I plan on building more of them !

Album info
Just completed this Revell 1:225 HMS Victory. Approximately 200 hours of work went into this project. Molds are from 1959 but the detail and fit was really good. There was quite a bit of flash which took up some time to cleanup but overall still a nice kit. The entire kit was hand painted with the exception of the copper on the hull. Sails were dry brushed using craft store paint. Overall the project makes a nice display piece.
