Thank you Mates!
@Paul: Its a typical new generation Tamiya kit. Its awesome! Easy to build, perfect fit, good details so far. But like the other kits (1/32 Corsair, Spitfire or Mustang) oft Tamiya the price is a bit to high (IMHO), in the end its worth every penny. If you like good stuff ... go for it!!!
@Michel: ,,, something different to start in a new year 😉

Hi Michel
I've worked with AK interactive Chipping Fluid on Japanese Airplanes (outside). It worked well.
In this case I used XF-23 Light Blue as basic color and with a small sponge and Vallejo Acrylics German Grey I put on the chipping ... take care ... let the dark color dry a little bit and then put on the chipping. after all Abteilung 502 Oil paint ...

Superb job Albi. Really like the paint job with the subtle tones of the colours and the weathering is spot on.

@George:I'm really pleased. Thank you! To be honest I'm not the contest guy. My one and only contest was "Swiss Championship" sponsored by Matchbox and this is for ages .... can't remember.
The other thing is, Switzerland is such a small country, there are not that many opportunities ... but on the other hand ... why not ... good idea ...
@Martyn and @ Christian :Thank you both for the motivating words.
I try to keep it "real", but I don't work with photo submittals of a specific plane or a tank.
I look at many pictures as possible and try to find the golden mean. 😉
Its sometimes a thin line between too little and too much ...
My stand is: Would I board a plane or a tank, that looks like this?!
