Very very interesting subject Lionel 👍
i love how the colors are blended, especially on the glacis plate - which colors have you used for the filters there?

Hi!
i used some Vallejo dark yellow model wash, but I don't think it's the main reason for the paint blending.
It's more probably because I painted the camo free handed, and then post-shaded the paint.

Very nice idea pressing a Coelian into russian service! - The camo looks very interesting. But it seems to me the pics are a little bit too dark, so it's very difficult to see details.

Well, the light is a catastrophy here, as the sky is very cloudy.
I think I'll buy a few good light, and make a lightbox for taking good picture without waiting for the sun

🙂 - One question - are the tracks DS or magic tracks? Because I have the elder one with tracks in some sprues.

It's the magic tracks. Y was a little afraid before using them, but finally the assembly was without any fuss

thx a lot for the information. Btw, I glued Magic Tracks in the meanwhile with "Faller Expert". It seems to me that it gives a little bit more time in bending the tracks than other cements.

Thanks guys for your kind comments.
@ Mike:
I used Tamiya extra fine glue, but I wonder if it's not a little too light for a good gluing of the links. I don't recall having problem of tracks breaking with this kit, for once, but it's too often the case. Maybe something stronger would be better.
The good point was the very snug fit of the links: the consequence is that the link were holding together without glue, and it was easy to make them conform to the running gear.

Album info
It's the Cyber Hobby kit built nearly OOB, the only addition are the 2 barrels from RB models and engine grills.
The camo scheme is in line with russian use of german tanks in late WW2: a coat of black paint on the running gear and of russian green on the turret.
the red stars and tactical numbers are from a dry transfer sheet intended for 1/72 AFV
