The good old Airfix Comet. As Ia big fan of "Golden Age" and the Macrobertson race I had to have this. Heavily modified the kit to try to make it a more modern fashion: new cockpit, new vacuumformed canopy, new landing gear, separated rudders, new airscrews, rescribing and built a more accurate fuselage profile from milliput.
