Project MiG-15 Bis

Congratulations .... Good and extensive work on a chunky kit ...
Grazie and Thank you, mates! So happy you can be interested to my "in progress" project. 🙂
Great work so far and the MiG turned out great. The display will be as good as the MiG so that's something to look forward to. Didn't know about the colours for this scheme so thanks for that as well!
Album info
From the ITALERI 1:72 box with some improvements,
thanks to spares from KP and Eduard Kits, I wish to
build an acceptable model despite the many flaws
are present in this 'nightmare' and ugly Dragon/Italeri mold...
indeed, my project is to reproduce this unusual camouflage for the KoreanWar ace [He got two B-29 shoot down in June 10th 1952 with this fighter] captain Anatoly Karelin's MiG-15 Bis (s/n 1315325) operating far from February 1952 at Andung (China) with the 351st IAP [Regiment of the 32nd Division of 64th IAK Istrebitelniy Aviatsionniy Korpus - i.e. Fighter Air Corps] in greenish silver on upper surfaces and Mid. Blue undersides !
Adore this air superiority camouflage scheme.
Hope you enjoy it!
