Work as usual starts in the cockpit. I only added tin foil seatbelts. Instrument panel has future "glass" in each dial.

It was hard to find the matching blue color. I used Testors True Blue which was close enough. Decals went on fine after a coat of future - a first for Hobby craft kits.

Remarkably, Buchons also played the Bf 109's opposition, the Hawker Hurricane, in one scene in Battle of Britain.

The last war in which a Bf-109 derivative saw combat was The Ifni War, also known as The Forgotten War (la Guerra Olvidada) in Spain.
