Album image #1
I will have to relly on the pictures as I have no skills in japanese language...

Album image #2
Not too many parts, that´s what you get from them

Album image #3
Starting with the basics: cockpit and interior fuselage

Album image #4
cockpit parts done, I used eduard Fabrick seatbelts, But I´m not impressed, they are super easy to use but I prefere the photoetch ones, look better, this one looks like one sticker

Album image #5
And here is the cockpit all done

Album image #6
So tinny and so well done, very impressed Fine Molds!

Album image #7
I wanted to do this one out of the box but I couldn´t resist to cover it in rivets, all done freehand so the lines are not perfect... but I didn´t want to spend too much time

Album image #8
here is the basic assemble done, and engine is in advanced stage

Album image #9
Looking good so far, I used Stynylrez for primer, tamiya X-1 for the black and Vallejo metallics, I used wires on the engine to simulate spark plug cables

Album image #10
another modification, actualy described in the magazine is to cut off the navigation lights and replace it for transparent piece of sprue

Album image #11
good for primer, all masked up, the gaps was filled with mr surfacer and cleaned in the area to avoid sanding.

Album image #12
navigation lights done and masked with maskol for the priming and painting

Album image #13
light on the tail was done as well

Album image #14
all primed up with tamiya spray primer

Album image #15
after the aluminium base color, some postshading with dark aluminium and pale aluminium

Album image #16
looking good so far, I intend to use 2 figures in the end, close to the airplane

Album image #17
it is going to be greate!

Album image #18
I´m very happy with the color, but be awere of the dull aluminium as it never seems to dry, what is a shame as it is one wonderfull shade, far from being dull as it´s name sujests.

Album image #19
I want to have the Hinomaru marks with the same red of tha tail, the decal ones look too dark and I have to color to match that, so I decided to mask and spray it, as you can see, I´m afraid of overspray! 🙂

Album image #20
I had a hard time cutting this tiny circles, I´m not sure if I made the right choice, now it is that moment that you pray to all gods to not have messed everithing up! :the unmasking!

Album image #21
well, not too bad, need some retoutches, the navigation lights looking good, here we can compare the red from my painting with the ones in the decal

Album image #22
Wash done, that moment; "OMG what I have done?"

Album image #23
cleaned up and completed!the wash broke up the monotony of the model nicely

Album image #24
I still have to paint the figures but the model is ready, bery happy with the result

Album image #25
That was my first time with Natural Metal Finish, I have not used clear coat

Album image #26
the Aluminium from Vallejo is not the best but is very nice, the good thing is , it dries quickly and you can mask and hold with no problems at all, but the dull aluminium is very fragile

Album image #27
i used a bit of gunze buffables metalizers to drybrush the model to make it shine a bit more

Album image #28
I will be doing some better pictures as soon as the figures are painted

Album image #29
and with this accident my planes fell from the stairs almost 3 m high because my wife guive my models to my daughter hold going downstairs...

Album image #30
my heart is broken, I don´t know if I can repair this models to the previus standart, maybe the ka-14 but the rafalle will be a real challenge, I´m feeling really sad and thinking in live the hobby for good... 🙁
