Thanks Ben , I used the Tamiya Grid Type 10X8 Inches sheet and outlined the camo pattern.

This is really a beautiful model and you got the colors pretty much spot on! I have bought the pre-cut masks for the camo for my four Viggen kits in the cupboard, but it is still freaking me out.

I was scared to start this kit at first but with this lock down due corana virus and lot of time in hand , began this project took me 8 days for the masking. All colors are Tamiya .

Do you remember which colors you used? Although the Viggen looked almost kond of blotchy yellow-green by the end of their life, so I guess one can go to town with fading and weathering and stuff...

Yes I have written down all the colors and the ratio for mixing. By the way how did you manage to add an Image to your comment.

I have this kit, but it's still at its black primer stage. I purchased a masking set for the camo but haven't had the courage to start painting it yet. 😂
I've copied down your Tamiya paint guide as it looks spot on with your model. Superb job!

Congrats Amrith, really well done! I used to play around with these VIggens in 1/1 scale and you have really nailed the coulours! I especially like the faded day glow numbers. They usually lasted vibriant a week or so. Impressive
