Revell F-16C Arctic Splinter Aggressor 1/144 WIP
Filling gaps
Gaps filled with milliput
Since I don't like the decal option the kit comes with, I decided to try another route. The plan is to recreate an F-16 from the aggressors based in Alaska...
Splinter camo on, now the real challenge starts: Recreating the squadron markings. I printed the largest ones on masking paper and I'll try to cut these tiny letters, numbers and map of Alaska out and use that as a spraying mask...
I made masks to airbrush the Alaskan squadron markings. This was extremely fiddly so I'll probably just use a panel liner for the rest of the markings.
With the paint job done, it's time to add the stencils. Obviously I won't be using the Texan Gunfighter decals on this Alaskan aggressor. Hobby knife for scale - these 144th scale kits look much larger on photos than they are!

An extremely attractive camo scheme and very well implemented.

Good work on the markings, I have been printing my custom markings on decal paper with good results.
