Harryi am using the first picture as a guide as to weathering ect but i have noticed a lack of labels/signs on the aircraft and stores were they removed for security reasons ?

MarkMost labels/stencils are designed to be read from a few feet max. One shouldn't be surprised that when viewed from distances beyond that they quickly go to a blur, before disappearing altogether. IMHO in most kits the stencils are far too visible.
