I bought this kit in a second-hand store in Moscow in 1994. I was about 23 years old, and I could not even imagine that it would be built almost 30 years later ?
Over the years, my model has become hopelessly outdated. External panel lines, ascetic cabin, thick and not very transparent cockpit, wheels cast at the same time with the landing gear... The turbulence generators on the wings were very thick, I doubted for a long time, but then I cut them off completely, and tried to make photo-etching from the scraps. It turned out imperfectly, but the view, as it seems to me, does not spoil.
Instead of the rather clumsy rockets blocks from the box (they are much shorter than necessary), I hung bombs. Wheels-rubbers by the Equipage. The nozzle was also redone, put inside an imitation of the engine.
including the instrument panel.
All the cockpit instruments were made anew, although this is completely not to be seen.
