Thanks a lot, but in general Im very disapointed with the model quality. Loads of imperfections, engine and interior are not from 2.3 16V version but from standard 190E etc. Therefore I dont have high expectations from the result.

Hmm, that is a bit cheeky of Italeri. Calling it the 2.3 16V version but with the wrong engine in the kit. Paint looks nice!

Its because this kit was originaly made by ESCI as normal 190E and later modified to 2.3 16V. Probably they did not wanted to invest into aditional mold for interior and engine... Current version from Italeri is just new box...

Martin, i red your post before about the imperfections.
this kit based on the stock 190 Mercedes from ESCI. they put only the sideskirts/bumpers/wing and rims from the 2.3-16V in - i didn't knew that before, because i only wanted to build the facelift 190er with this kit.
For the better interieur, whitechocolate124 has an awesome upgrade kit for it. I will order it for a second 190 i will build.

Thanks for the tip Dominik! If I only knew about it earlier 🙁 No I will finish it only with my modifications... But the drilling of the wheels will be real pain 😄
