MBDA Meteor missiles in resin (definitely 1:72), and Exocets (not actually carried by Gripen but will see if they look good on there).

Made a start on the cockpit. Will dig out some photoetch seatbelts for it too I think.

Bit more paint. Ignore the Blu-Tak, I know it looks like Jabba the Hutt's family photo album (if he was part Smurf).

Looking more plane like now... albeit with tape.
Odd choice, designer at Revell, to have the fuselage split in half across the waist as well as down the spine at the front. Going to be some filler in my future to lose that seam!

Upper wing surfaces on, that's tightened the fuselage up nicely.

Up on her feet at last (got a bit side tracked finishing off another kit!).

Quick sploosh* of paint. Glad I've got that Canopy Masking Survival Kit of precut geometric curves, made the curve forward of the cockpit straightforward.

Went for the Tiger Meet Czech decals even though I've made it Swedish, largely to cover up my ropey paint job. Also, they're cool. Badged it as Swedish to go with my other little flight of Swedish aircraft, and, it's Swedish.

Missiles ready to be attached - Sidewinders, MBDA Meteor BVRAAMs and a big Anti-Ship Missile.
Got the Meteors for it because you'll never guess who I work for now 😉

These helpful fellas are bringing the missiles over later ?
Presumably they're a bit confused as to how 21st Century missiles ended up in WWII. And there was we me worrying about my hybrid decal scheme on the Gripen...
