Hi Kars, Nice looking Ferrari. I've built a few of the 1/20th scale Tamiya kits and they were nice kits. How do they compair with the Fujimi kits? I still have Andretti's Indy car to build someday> Gary

Hi Gary, thnx. The quality of the fujimi kits is generally no problem. Only beware when you have to attach the engine cover. This has always a tight fit. So if you want to add detail to the engine, there might be no space for it. Also a F2003-GA gave me problems. According to the plans you should attach the engine to a part of the body. Then at a later moment attach this to the floor. That did not work. The kit ended up in the bin.

Hi Kars, The one kit I have built and still have is the Braun F-1. The fit is very good although it is OOB. I'll have to post a pic. I built a lotus F-1 car and gave it to my brother-inlaw a long time ago.Gary

I did all Tamiya F1 kits. Gave everything away because i wanted to specialise. Now mainly Ferrari.

I liked the older style of Ferarri F-1 cars that had the curved air intakes. I though that gave them more artistic lines. Gary

I specially liked the 60's and 70's cars. Feel free to visit my website and have a look at some of them. www.racingkars.nl

I still have to ditch about 7 cars, Stefan. They are the ones you didn't take away last time. (🙂)

Nice web site! The 1/12th Ford J car #2 looks interesting. My all time favorite. Back in the 70's I had a chance to see one up close. It had a 289 cu in. Offenhouser. Sounded real sweet when cranked up.My lotto car. Gary
