Time to start thinking about a new build. This one seems pretty cool, will be fun to build.

Hi Peter,
I wish you luck with this kit. I got a wrong lower hull in the box, but at least Dragon care worked and I got a correct one:

I have this kit too! It's a nice kit, Peter 👍 👍
I have the correct lower hull included btw. See image below.
That's a bit of a pitfall with Dragon... it's very commendable they update parts and correct errors but the problem is that you never know if you have an updated kit until you actually open the box... which obviously would be too late because it means you already bought it 😉

Thank god guys, it is the same like yours John. So it looks like I'm save. Looking forward to the build. With the help from you guys, the result of this project can only be positive.

Have you checked Frank's album? Because in his case the lower hull was also the same as ours but the problem was in the drawing and suspension parts included😉 if the lower hull you have matches the drawing in the instructions, under step 3 (see image in my previous post as well), than all is good 🙂
I'm looking forward to your build as well! 🙂

I checked the instructions and the drawing under step 3.They are identical, so it seems it's ok. So see if I can make a start this weekend, if the homefront isn't complaining to much 😛

Phew, with Dragon you´ve got problems you couldn´t dream of....
@ Frank: Would the Schürzen (with unmodified hinges) fit on your StuG with Ostketten? I fear there are more and more upcommimg problems with my new build: StuG IV | Album by nng (1:35)

Hi Fabian,
the Schürzen should work. The distance pieces, to hold the Schürzen away from the tracks, are in the kit. We'll see...
