Ford Ranger "Trucks" Series by Revell. Kit #85-4360
This build was lacking in "fun-factor". The parts had a lot of injection flashing, detail wasn't the best and The chrome parts were a disaster.
The appearance of the parts were of low quality and proved to be weak in places. There were also parts that didn't line up.
That in mind, the kit "is" Skill Level 2. Though the fact that it was released in 2015 would lead one to think it would be relatively You can clearly see the poor job I did on this unit. It seems once initiative startes to nose-dive, the end result is disappointing to say the least. So, I am as much to blame.
I used all acrylics of various brands on this model, as I do for all them and Royal brushes. You will see in the photos, I pulled the paint too much instead of a consistently moisten brush, and allowing each coat to dry. I knew it, I did it and should be shot.
I'll chalk it up to blatant disregard for the ethics of sound modelling. Lol
