Built OOB except for the Garand sling, I was surprised with the quality of the kit. It was my first attempt with a stand alone figure in large scale and I am happy with the result.

Painted with Vallejo’s acrylics and effects with Lifecolors, special mention to Lifecolors “LP07 Quick Flesh Shadowing Set” it is just wonderful how it works considering that I am a total noob for figure painting.

The base was hand made with a mix of Oak and Raulí (South American native tree) simulating the D-Day stripes, the badge was a gift from a good friend who is a paratrooper veteran, so this one is for you!
