1/72 scale McDonnell Douglas F/A-18D Hornet by Kitech. Not a great kit - a cheap Chinese copy of the Italeri/Tamiya Wild Weasel kit. Very badly fitting in places, with mistakes in the surface detail, tailfins set at the wrong angles and one missile pylon adapter missed off (not broken off and lost - not even included on the sprue). In spite of me being careful it sits one wing down on its undercarriage. I didn't even attempt to use the kit decals, going for an aftermarket set instead. Nevertheless I enjoyed the challenge of producing a reasonable model. So unless, like me, you find you've acquired one out of the blue, don't bother - buy one from a better manufacturer.
