Looks good, but the mud on the front wheel is odd. Why is the hubcap dirty, but the tire clean?

to EnsignExpendabl : it happens when the car will pass first through the mud, and then on the highway. Tire by plasticity cleaned of dirt, rather than wheels. Though of course work with pigments I still learn and learn.
