Kyushu J7W1 Shinden (Let's try that again)
Just a quick dry fit. Gotta appreciate the design.
Dry fit 2
Cockpit is pretty much done. Added a few more colours than the instructions sugested.
I decided to do no weathering. A - because I still suck at it, and B - Shinden never had an extensive flight record therefore giving me an excuse to skip that part.
Excuse the poor quality of close-ups. I'm using my phone camera.
Nose weight is held by bluetac alone. Hope it stays in place 😛
All glued and left to dry.
'Highly professional equipment'
As expected - painting yellows ia a pain in the arse.
A few more touchups and we're ready for decals

And two quick questions from the start:
1. How long exactly do you leave Tamiya enamel panel liner to dry (all I could find is 'till it's dry, which is vague to say the least).
2. What are your techniques to accent rised panel lines as I figure wash is a no go here.

Second attempt at scale modelling after rather failed run with Tamiya's Zero ZEKE. We'll see how this one goes.
