I really like the finish. Keeping an eye on this build as I plan to build an early 109 in the near future. ??

Thank you Rui. If you like early Bf 109, please note this is a double building, is a separate project I'm building a B-1. Messerschmitt Bf 109B-1 | Project by RReis (1:48) 🙂

That is really looking nice. How is the kit?, I have the same one.

Thanks; I really like the kit; you should take care of the fit around the nose, but apart from that, all is very nice!

The pilot figure fits very nicely into the seat. Was the seat molded with the pilot, or did you have to do some carving to get it to fit?

Thanks; the sit is molded with the pilot; it was assembled and painted fully before closing the fuselage, with only the head and left arm left outside; the left arm sits slightly above the shoulder where it should, so I glued it as it was and then used some putty to disguise the joint; I also had to remove some plastic to make the fuselage wall thinner, where the arm rests.

eh, the boats are in place? That seems to be a sudden change of subject 🙂

Love it! Nice job on the pilot. The relaxed pose with the arm out adds visual interest. Excellent camo and finish. Congrats.

Weekend Edition build makes it faster because no PE. To compensate this, bought the Quinta Studio set and resin figure for the cockpit. Final photos in the same project, here: Messerschmitt Bf 109E-1 | Album by RReis (1:48)
