Already started a bit of assembly and painting before taking this shot, guess I was a bit impatient 😄

Interior finished. Not really visible here, but I feel like the decals are slightly larger than they are supposed to be. Especially the sign on the back wall should go on a position where it definitely does not fit.

![Album image #7 Album image #7](/albums/img/3/4/6/1063346-72231-72-720.jpg)
Somehow I always manage to screw up the transparent parts!
![Album image #8 Album image #8](/albums/img/6/2/0/1063620-72231-13-720.jpg)
Those are some nice gaps you've got there. Would be a shame...
![Album image #9 Album image #9](/albums/img/6/4/9/1063649-72231-34-720.jpg)
... if someone starts to fill them in.

I already know it's not going to be the best looking Alouette III, but eh, perfection is boring anyways.

![Album image #12 Album image #12](/albums/img/1/9/9/1073199-72231-61-720.jpg)
Numerous layers of paint later and we're still not done.
![Album image #13 Album image #13](/albums/img/7/4/5/1073745-72231-35-720.jpg)
Well, I guess it won't get any better.
![Album image #14 Album image #14](/albums/img/1/8/9/1076189-72231-14-720.jpg)
Decals added.

![Album image #16 Album image #16](/albums/img/1/9/0/1076190-72231-48-720.jpg)
And finished.

I picked this one up randomly at a model store in a city nearby. It's my first helicopter in decades, let's see how it goes...

And she's finished. As predicted, it's not the best looking Alouette ever, but it sure was (mostly) fun to build and also a learning experience.

It's a very nice build 👍 also a lovely brief and informative build journey. Great work 👏

Thanks everyone 🙂
I should add that she somehow manages to look better and worse IRL than on the pictures. I guess that's because of lighting and my fantastic (lol) photography skills. I think I'll try her again someday, but a different version.
