As per your own project picture the slat area was not red on this aircraft but the camouflage colour of dark grey. Same for the flaps except they were the same light grey as the bottom of the aircraft. Fuselage speed brakes were basically NEVER opened on the ground except for maintenance or pre-flight checks. The colour of the inside of the opening part might be red (most likely the same grey as the slat area) the area inside the fuselage is surely not red but white or again the grey of this camouflage scheme. Nothing that a hairy stick can't fix. And while you are at it: several sensors are radome tan (as your project picture shows), currently they are camouflage colour.
