A tribute to Chuck Yeager

In December 7th 2020 Brigadier General Chuck Yeager passed away leaving a long and highly productive career in the USAF. He is mostly known by being the first man ever to break the sound barrier in sustained and controlled flight on October 14th 1947. My intention was to re-live that historical day and give a little tribute to the man that in his time was arguably the best pilot on the USAF and the amazing Bell X-1 rocket airplane.
