The M1130 Command Vehicle (CV) is the mobile command post in the Stryker vehicle series. It contains enough room to accommodate the crew and the applicable command staff/personnel. The CV comes in five (5) configurations and is fitted with the appropriate command, control and communications equipment needed for each type of vehicle. The configurations are Brigade Commander CV, Battalion Commander CV, S3 TAC (Tactical Command Post) CV, RSTA (Reconnaissance, Surveillance & Target Acquisition) Squadron Commander CV and Battalion S3 & Tactical Air Control Party/USAF Vehicle. These vehicles closely resemble the Stryker ICV, but the extra antennas and communications equipment mark them instead as Stryker CVs.
