On most An-2s the rigging is of the same colour as the underside, so I painted the threads blue.

Gergely RáczThank You, Moreno. One of them went missing since then (perhaps not enough glue was applied, and it fell off while I was working on the wings), so I'll have to make one from scratch. A piece of clear sprue might do the job.

@Martin: yes, the silver coating is rubbish. Don't know why Tamiya did this. I sanded it all off, along with the many seams on the body anyway. 🙂
