Pratt & Whitney R-1830 Twin Wasp (Aviation Museum, #4)

 

Aires’ cylinders are made of two pieces. In combination with the very accurate openings in the crankshaft housing it’s a very practicable solution.  

 

 

Pushrods in place.  

 

Ignition ring made of 1 mm square rod. Several oil lines added.  

 

 

 

 

 

Frame completed, waiting for grey paint
