Ford Escort RS1800 Mk.II Gr.4 - Lombard RAC Rally 1981
For the exhaust I used Tamiya XF-56 Metallic Gray as base coat and Tamiya XF-9 Flat Rust after. After all I used Tamiya Panel Line Black for weathering.
First step with Tamiya Liquid Surface Primer White, second step with Tamiya LP-2 White

Gravity Colors GC-1398 Ford Raven Black, on the floor
Front suspensions painted with Tamiya X-18 Semi Gloss Black, Tamiya X-11 Chrome Silver, Tamiya XF-1 Flat Black, Tamiya X-1 Black.
Little touch of weathering on the undercarriage with Tamiya Panel Line Gray.
Tamiya X-10 Gun Metal
A little touch of corrosion on the exhaust with Tamiya XF-9 Hull Red
Tamiya X-12 Gold Leaf
Tamiya XF-16 Flat Alluminium, and weathering with Tamiya Panel Line Black.

I'm too British, not to join in the crowd, on this! Loved my MkII. It was only a 1300 auto, but lots of fun! Yes, you can drift in an automatic, if you throw it into the corner right 😉

Martin, yes. The mold is very hold and Italeri and Revell didn't fix it. The bodywork has a lot of retirements and needs to be fixed with big quantity of putty.
