Album info
Rafale M built out of the Academy C boxing.
I used this build to test out weathering with acrylic inks. I think it turned out well for the most part, tho there are definitely a few areas that could have used more attention.
The Reskit intakes are very nice, though at the end I don't feel they were totally necessary.
Eduard's MICA RF missiles were used. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately I applied the strip decals in the wrong spot -_-
The Syhart decals are fantastic.
The PJ Productions pilot figure was somewhat of a disappointment. It is posed incorrectly (hand is placed for a center stick, when the Rafale has side stick control.) and does not fit into the cockpit easily. I had to remove most of the lower body and parts of the arms to fit. Thankfully this isn't all that noticeable on the finished product.
