Hello Philip. The fit of the kit is very good indeed, no real vices there.
In effect it is the Monogram kit with engraved panel lines.
The shape of the intake is wrong though: shopofphantoms.com/r..yShop.1580./qb-48314
It is fixable though and replacements are available it just depends on how much it bothers you.

Hello all,
This is the Kinetic release of the Thunderstreak.
The intake is not correct but that didn´t bother me enough to buy a resin replacement.
The decals are by DACO who releases sets to enable you to build virtually every F-84F that ever flew in the Belgian Air Force.
The white and blue bands are available on the DACO sheet as decals but I sprayed them on instead.
the Weathering on the tanks is deliberate, photos from that time show tanks with large patches of paint missing.
This is nice kit apart from the incorrect intake and a rather "pebbly" surface of the plastic.
