The plastic glass was cut down and used as a spacing mount to attach the balls to.

Exactly 40 feet in length. I painted the spacer so no pink shows through later.

I wrapped a styrene sheet around the two balls.

Now I remember why I never use putty anymore.

I sanded everything up to 1000 grit to prepare for the primer.

I put a primer down and decided there were more places that need filling. This time I am using super glue.
