For the chipping i gonna use the first time a "Wet Palette".

Its nothing more than a wet tissue paper with baking paper on top in a half box.
Its like this .It helps to keep the Acrylics longer liquid.

I paint the Tow cable from my Pershing.These were always good lubricated to prevent from rusting.How can i achieve this effect from grease on my tow cable??

Maybe oilpaint? i have some stuff from Mig, called "Engine Grease". That could fit. But its a bit brownish...

Oil was my first thought ,too.I have the Mig Oil and Grease mixture .Perhaps this will work ,too.I give it a try .Thanx for bring it up.

Here so far my Stowage for the back of my Pershing.Shadows and Highlights finished.A little oil fading and Mig Pigments.
