Built this one mostly on an out of state work trip. Finally remembered to get it out and finish it up.

Looks good, especially given that it's an easy click kit. Is it worth the money, because it's quite expensive for such a kit? Love the DB5 though, and the legendary Bond gadgets only add to that. I guess it's DeHart, Kyle DeHart now. 🙂

Here, here! As a very young lad, my dad took me to see the original when on display in Edinburgh Castle! Your creation evokes strong memories of an exciting exhibition!

As a British, and a Bond fan, I'd have to say,
That's a rather good likeness, old chap 😉

Marcel, thank you so much. And I'll have my martini shaken, not stirred!! As for the kit, I got it for what I thought was a fair price but I do know it's a bit pricey. If you're ok with a curbside kit with no engine (fine with me) I think it's a really nice kit. The Bond details are fun, the decal sheet is comprehensive, the poseable steering is a nice touch and everything has some nicely molded details. I hope for a standard DB5 sometime in future.
Ropen, thank you very much.
Bruce- thank you!! What a fun memory! I'd love to see the real deal sometime.
Bozzer, thanks so much for dropping in to check it out. This was a simple build but I surely had fun with it. And as I grew up watching the movies I rather enjoyed building the movie car…no sign of Eva Green, Honor Blackman or Shirley Eaton though, mores the pity. 😂
George- thank you very much!

Honor Blackman in The Avengers, now there's something to think about. I'm sure that George will agree? Bloody women and beer! I could probably have my own DB5 by now, if it wasn't for those vices 😉
