Now I have built the seats into the cockpit frame. Unfortunately one of the bars broke during installation. I think I have to replace it by a piece of wire.

Now the broken spar is replaced by another one and the cockpit is ready. Next thing to build is the engine

Just a small update. The engine was painted and mounted into the fuselage.

@all: Thank you very much. In the meanwhile the model got some paint on it and even the decals are now on. I think I'm going to take some pictures during the weekend.

Yesteray I was taking part in an exhibition at Bühl. There one could see my model. Unfortunately I was not able to complete it. So the cowling covers were missing and some other small details.

Thank you very much. But as I said: it's not quite ready yet.

So, I also had a little time to go on with the L-18. In the meanwhile I got the engine lids ready.

Today I added the wings, the elevators and the rudder to the fuselage. Here I have to make a big compliment to Revell. Because this is really the first kit which fitted so perfectly well together that I nearly needed no putty at all. But look for yourself.
